RETURNS POLICY
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
From receipt of order you have 14 days to return the parcel for any refund required. After the 14 days have passed you then have a further 14 days to return for any gift card/ exchanges required.
Returns must adhere to the following:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
-All tags must still be attached to the unworn item/s
-Items must not contain any evidence of wear, stains or odours and be of resaleable value
- Swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed
We may make a determination based on a variety of factors as stated above during our quality assessment process.
*If the above is not adhered to when you make the return then High Peak reserve the right to return the item back to you.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Please note due to the current situation regarding COVID-19 to protect all members of staff as best as possible no returns will be handled for 24 hours after arrival in following current guidelines. Apologies for any inconvenience the delays may cause but safety must be top priority. After this, when the parcel arrives at our warehouse you will receive acknowledgment that the return is being processed. The time frame from your parcel being sent back to being processed will be within 10-14 working days. Should you not hear from us in this timeframe please contact our customer care email and the team will chase the matter and update you accordingly. Please ensure you retain proof of postage return for future reference and include this in any correspondence along with full name and order number when making contact. Please note we can only process your returns once your products have returned to site. Failure to provide proof will stop us from processing the return in the event of lost items.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDERED SALE ITEMS?
The value of the returned sale items will be given as credit, which will be added to your account or we will activate a gift card to the value of your item(s) returned.
HOW DO I SEND MY PARCEL BACK?
Please send your item(s) back to us at the below returns address with a tracked delivery service, then send us an email letting us know you have returned your parcel including your order number & proof of return postage.
